With the latest technology, changing lenses is not necessary anymore. BBB photochromic lenses automatically adapt to the weather circumstances. The brighter the sunlight the darker the lens automatically become. These lenses cover categories 1,2 and 3.

In the lightest state the lens has a light transmission of 85%, In full sunshine the light transmission is only 17%. BBB photochromic lenses change from light brown to dark gray, in only 8 seconds.

Like all other BBB lenses, photoshromic lenses are made of shatter-proof polycarbonate material and give a 100% protection from harmful UV rays.
