Your privacy is important to us. We make every effort to ensure the security of any information you provide while using the St Ives Cyclery website. Please don't hesitate to contact us at sic@sicbikes.com.au if you have any problems or questions about our Internet service.

At St Ives Cyclery we take our customers privacy very seriously. We will never submit it to any other company, individual or business for any reason.

St Ives Cyclery will only keep email address and any other contact information so that we can contact out customers in the event of a backorder, an inability to supply, or if they have won a competition.

Purchasing Terms

Customer orders through our Internet site will be replied to ASAP including all necessary details. Delivery is Australia wide via Express Post and TNT.

Prices listed on www.sicbikes.com.au are for online purchases only, any purchase made at St Ives Cycles shop will be charged accordingly. Products are subject to availability and prices may change without notice. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

We offer a variety of payment options which are all secure.

Shipping

Most items are sent via Australia Post Express or Regular Service.

Larger or oversized items are sent via courier.

We try our best to give an appropriate estimate on shipping costs at the time of your order, however some items (or item combinations) may attract further charges. Customers will be notified immediately if shipping will exceed the initial estimate and shipping will not commence until the additional amount is approved.

If you would like another shipping method other than what is offered, please specify in the order notes or email us (sic@sicbikes.com.au) prior to ordering.

Returns

If your purchase does not perform as specified by the manufacturer we are happy to exchange it within 7 days of purchase.

Warranty

All items are covered by the manufacturers warranty, which is subject to the terms and agreements of the specific product.

Jet Black Products offer direct customer support for all NiteRider products. Please follow the returns procedure below:

  1. Download and Read the NiteRider Warranty Statement and Form.
  2. Contact JetBlack Products on (02) 9651-2855 for a Return Authorization (RA) number
  3. Complete the Warranty Return Form. It is mandatory to include the following information:
    • #RA number obtained from JetBlack Products.
    • Tick the checkboxes for each light component being returned.
    • Write a brief description of the issue encountered.
    • Proof of purchase if the light in still in warranty.
  4. Send the NiteRider light set* along with the completed Warranty Return Form and proof of purchase to: JetBlack Warranty Dept.

* Please make sure that the entire light system (head, leads, battery and charger) is included when returning product for repair. Visit www.jetblackproducts.com to download a return form.
